I had battery problems and service tech recommended replacement of battery and alternator on a car that only had 33K miles. I asked for battery replacement since I wasnt convinced that alternator would replacement of battery and alternator on a car that only had 33K miles. I asked for battery replacement since I wasnt convinced that alternator would die on fairly new car and asked tech to replace only batter and he wouldnt do it and offered me a loaner car until they get the alternator ordered and installed. Cost ~$1000 I took my car to another shop, they ran battery test and replaced battery (~$100) and no problems since...This dealership service department is rip-off and scamming people. More
