The service department was "OUTSTANDING". The sales department was HORRIBLE I never been to a dealership where the owner, Mr. Wright and finance guy Matt Ash told me, as the customer, that "I The sales department was HORRIBLE I never been to a dealership where the owner, Mr. Wright and finance guy Matt Ash told me, as the customer, that "If I wanted some help looking at new or used cars or had questions about new or used cars I am suppose to go FIND A SALEPERSON TO TALK TO BECAUSE THEY WILL JUST ASSUME THAT YOU ARE WAITING FOR SERVICE ON YOUR OWN CAR!!!!!!!!! I was in the show room with a sales person James standing 5 feet away while I was looking at a car and he NEVER said a word to me. Is this because I was a black woman and maybe did not look like I could afford a new car or was I not dressed right? I do not know but once I talked to them and they gave me their answer as to why nobody spoke to me pretty much told me everything I needed to know about this dealership when it comes to buying a new car. I was told by Levi that I would get a free oil change if I filled out the surveys from buying the car. Well, that didn't happen and left there paying $100.00 for oil change and rotation of tires.
