Diagnostic visit, but unable to afford repairs Staff was friendly and helpful and man who took me back to work and picked me up was phenomenal. Not performing multi check inspection I had new break pads and rotors installed last year from another service company. About 4 months later I had my oil change and complimentary multi poi I had new break pads and rotors installed last year from another service company. About 4 months later I had my oil change and complimentary multi point inspection at the Service department at Pete Mankins. On the multipoint inspection form they marked all four brakes yellow. I thought it was strange but figured that maybe that is normal. This time when I had my oil change and multi point inspection Pete Mankins marked on my paper that the rear brakes were in the yellow and the front brakes were green. So my brake pads grew back? At some point someone didn't do their job. Also, they normally go over that page with you but no one did that this time or else I would have brought it up. I will never be coming back here for an oil change again. More

Long Wait Period. I received a coupon after the 1st of January for an oil change. It was a great price. I got there just before 8 am and only one person was in front of I received a coupon after the 1st of January for an oil change. It was a great price.
