I had always heard that the Passat was the kind of car that might be for me. So I drove out to the business and was greeted by a helpful young salesman, Pat Carrington, who did everything in his power to that might be for me. So I drove out to the business and was greeted by a helpful young salesman, Pat Carrington, who did everything in his power to carefully demonstrate the features of a car I selected. He showed me quite a few, but I wanted an interesting color, so he found it. He knew everything about the car, all the bells and whistles. It was a hot day, so he offered water as we were spending quite a bit of time in the hot sun. He let me drive it and I was very pleased with the whole package.. We went inside to write it up, and while that was being done, the men inside were so friendly and made you feel "at home". The Title Clerk was a lovely lady, who also was very informative and helpful. When the whole deal was complete and I was ready to drive off , Pat and another nice gentleman - I do not remember his name, helped me move all of my belongings and stuff from my "trade-in" to my new car. Mark is NOT your usual 100mph loud speaking salesman. I would highly recommend him and would use him in future purchases! This is our third VW and are from out of town, we have a local VW dealership but prefer to drive 100+ miles to Pete Moore VW to conduct business.
