Purchase of a new car in a new city/state. This was my 4th dealership that I had visited and was getting very frustrated! Long story short he was WONDERFUL!! Went out of his to Make arrangements and assistance to return my rental car and get my sister(who was with me) to the airport and set me up with Kim( who was also very helpful and great to work with) for extended warranty. My whole experience, especially from being out of town, was terrific and so very less stressful than the other dealerships I had been to. Recent purchase of Mitsubishi Outlander We had about 2 weeks to purchase a replacement vehicle. We visited numerous dealerships looking at all of their vehicles. The first time at Pete Moo We had about 2 weeks to purchase a replacement vehicle. We visited numerous dealerships looking at all of their vehicles. The first time at Pete Moore VW was a nice surprise. We were able to look at and drive 4 vehicles, taking up most of Bruce Harrell's afternoon. Even as we were leaving there wasn't one pressure question like "What will it take to get you to drive home today in a car?" When we left to go to another dealership, we told each other that we wanted to buy a car here, even though there might be a car at another dealership that would suit us better. In the end Jeff Korel and Bruce gave us an amazing deal on our trade in, and a great price on the vehicle that was miles ahead of all the other dealerships.
