While it is no excuse, our service manager has been away from our store, and in his absence, your situation did not receive the proper attention it deserved. The parties involved have been reprimanded for causing the damage and your vehicle has since been repaired. Call to the Service Department, they know all about my car, my car radio is not functioning at 100%, and I paid the monthly to my bank for a NEW Car 2022, the first day of the month.
