Have a 2016 sedona with a little over 40,000 miles..we had 4 new tires placed on car. A few months later the engine just seized one day.we have the extended warranty so they had it for about a month then had 4 new tires placed on car. A few months later the engine just seized one day.we have the extended warranty so they had it for about a month then we get it back and 3 days later the battery dies? So we go back have them put in a new battery..a few weeks later I am hand washing my car and realize they didnt put the driver side wheel well back on? When we called they said it wasn't in the shop so they must have put it back on, then I call again and they say they never take the wheel well off when exchanging engines. Then they have me bring it in and they say it fell off after I got it back!! No damage to new tire? No damage to rim or under the car or the back tire..?? I would know if I ran over something and an entire wheel well falls off. I do not understand why they wouldnt fix this but guess they clearly don't care about good service..not sure why they would lie?? We thought we were going to buy kia again for my husband but we are looking elsewhere now More

Not so good Iv looked at several used cars here. While I don't expect them to be perfect. Everything iv looked at was either way over priced or trashed. One car I Iv looked at several used cars here. The sales tried telling me it wasn't, I told him there were several burn marks inside. He said they would clean right off. I told you can clean off burned interior and melted plastic. He said he mist if missed those. Bottom line these are the shady, lying car salesman everyone warns you about. Also after I gave them to go ahead to run my credit, they proceeded to hit it about 8 times causing my score to drop significantly. Beware. More

Aweful service department and even worse customer service My parents Kia broke down on the way to Amarillo so I towed it to the dealership (where I thought would be the fastest and most efficient place to go My parents Kia broke down on the way to Amarillo so I towed it to the dealership (where I thought would be the fastest and most efficient place to go). Boy was I wrong! We had a very small window of time to get this fixed bc we were in town for my sons graduation. I made the appointment online the night before I brought it in at 8:30am and explained that this really needed to be done. They didn't even look at it till 2pm that day where they gave me the price and I told them to fix it needless to say it's 7 days later and they are driving home with the check engine light still on! I'm so mad! More
