Service on '01 Tundra. I recently went to Legacy Toyota of Tallahassee for an oil & filter change. Left with 4 new tires at no cost. (Have tires for life.) This was the thi I recently went to Legacy Toyota of Tallahassee for an oil & filter change. Left with 4 new tires at no cost. (Have tires for life.) This was the third set of tires at no cost to me. Also had enough rewards points to cover the cost of the oil & filter. Total cost was about $600. My cost, $0. Can't beat that. More

Ridiculous charges I am rethinking my more than thirty year association with this dealership. I have always bought my Toyotas from them and had them serviced there. But I am rethinking my more than thirty year association with this dealership. I have always bought my Toyotas from them and had them serviced there. But my last trip reminded me why so many people are going up to Georgia to buy and get their cars serviced. For starters i never manage to get the same service guy. Their staff turns over as fast as their toilet paper. The young kid who checked me in was about as friendly as my desk top. He failed to advise me they would be charging me the ridiculous sum of $20 to rotate my tires. When it was time to pay for my $50 oil change and fluids check (that would cost $30 at most at the local quick lube places) i explained that anywhere else would not charge to rotate the tires if you bought tires from them. He said i didn’t buy a new set of tires. I said i most certainly did and they were attached to my $30000 car. Anyway i paid the bill and left but doubt if i will use them again. They still operate as if there was no competition. Most other dealers now have ash and vacuum your car before they bring it back. I even had to ask for them to put the reminder sticker on my windshield. Will go elsewhere for my mext service. More
