Always been great so far! I have not met Brad Toole yet, but he was very attentive, so was Travis over the phone in the Collision Center. He was very polite, cordial, very helpful in getting my car diagnosed and in ordering the parts, etc. They were able to take their time to find what was wrong and help me decide what was necessary to do and what would have been an extra expense, but not really necessary. This helped me immensely on the financial end of things. I think I have had mostly really good 100% super experience with most service coordinators at all areas of Legacy Toyota. I drove right into the service bay and was immediately greeted. My time in the MVP lounge was restful and brief (I didn't even get to finish a chapter in the book I was reading). I have recommended Legacy Toyota to all my friends. P.S. I'm loving the 51+ MPG. More
