Bob also was extremely helpful doing everything in his power to help me through the process of trading in a vehicle that was practically incapacitated. (He even rescued my old plates for me when I couldn't get them off!) His sense of humor is second to none, and he definitely made me feel comfortable, and made the entire process an enjoyable one. His name was Nicky, and this guy was something else. Our young daughter is mentally handicap, and is usually very shy, and standoffish. Right away Nicky began trying to befriend our daughter. It was so sweet, He took off his leather jacket, and put it over her shoulders to keep her warm as we explained our situation to him in the parking lot. We are really in a tuff position right now because we are in desperate need of a new car, but our finances due to therapy for our daughter are really tight at the moment. Nicky invited us inside to Stay warm and he came over to the table with hot chocolate, and cookies for us. My daughters eyes lit up when he put the plate of cookies in front of her and told her that he just made them specially for her out back. Lol ! I don't know how to explain it but I never seen my daughter gravitate and warm up towards a person she didn't know so quickly. It was so nice to see her giggle when he told her how beautiful she was, and asked her how many boyfriends she had in school. LOL! After listening to our financial circumstances, Nicky came up with an option that to be honest we never even considered as an option available to us. It was so obvious from the sinserity in his eyes that Nicky truely cared, and wanted to help us. As soon as our insurance check arrives we will without a doubt go back in and see Nicky. Its funny cause when we were leaving he handed not us but our daughter his business card and asked her to be in charge of calling him when mommy and daddy are ready to come pick out their special new car. She keeps asking us if she can call Nicky yet. LOL ! Its not expected to go into a car dealership, not buy a car and yet still feel compelled to write a review for a dealer. But something drove me back there because I had a great interest for the Kia Optima...I'm glad I did. At first I didn't even want to get out of my car because I just wanted to see what was on the lot. Nick Digirolamo was polite, cordial and very comfortable to talk to. Right from the start he was honest with me, a no-bullsh*tter. It was probably the smoothest transition ever when buying a car. I was panicking because he had to use my car to go to work and I had no way to get to the bank. Kim gave me a car to use for the day. I had to drive my husbands old car to the dealership which was terrifying due to that it wouldn't go past 15mph. When I called Kim she calmed me down And told me if I needed help she would send someone over to help. Above and beyond customer service. I will defiantly go back to Kim to purchase my next car. More
