Kathy was patient in answering all my questions explaining to me every little detail about the car. It was very easy to understand the process of purchasing a car and Kathy / Jon made it much simpler with clear responses to my doubts/queries. The pricing on the car was great; Kathy made extra effort to ensure that the car was cleaned, serviced and inspected to the highest degree. I had a few comments while test driving the car and Kathy made sure those items were looked upon and taken care of. Jon was very helpful as he explained the warranties & the financials for the purchase and took care of all the paperwork. Jon explained to me every little detail on every piece of document which made me feel more comfortable with the car purchase. The team at Peters Kia was very friendly and very respectful of my visits and concerns. A lot of patience & dedication was exhibited in creating a very friendly atmosphere which enabled in some good talk & work being done. When I wanted to upgrade and get into a bigger vehicle this time around, I knew I wanted the Kia Sorrento, b This is the second car I bought from Kim. Rather than hunting down cars at different dealerships, I decided to contact Kim directly via email to see if she could help. Kim immediately responded, and we went back and forth several times before I made an appointment to test drive the car. At the dealership, Kim made time to show us different models and go over all of our options. We priced out several options as well and left happy in a 2017 Sorento with the features that were most important to me. Great experience and I will definitely work with Kim again in the future! When I arrived at the dealer I purchased my new Kia Sorento from Peter's Kia about a month ago. I inquired online and was paired up with Ron Harrison. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting for me at the front of the building and so was Ron with a big smile on his face. Ron was very meticulous in explaining all the features of my new vehicle. Very personable, friendly and a great sense of humor. The great service didn't stop at the time of purchase, Ron followed up with me several times over the next few weeks to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new Sorento and to see if there was anything he could do for me. Ron made the car buying experience fun and I would highly recommend him and Peter's to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. More

Above and Beyond Kia Dealership I have searched all three of the major Kia Dealerships in the area. I spent several days looking into the new Kia Sportage. What a vehicle. The dealership in Concord NH, treated me like I was inconveniencing him by just even looking. Quirk in Manchester couldn't come close to the offer Peter's gave me. It's clear they love their customers!!! Ron Harrison explained in detail how all the options worked on our new Kia. We got every option available on the newest sportage! What a car!!
