After the temp went to RED, rested engine 20 minutes and managed to restart and divert to BMW about 4 miles away. Arrived just when the over-temperature (high) came back and just as they were mustering a response. They had a courtesy car while they took charge. Had no heater, engine serious overheating problem was obvious. This was midday and car was needed for my case work soon. Water pump and more was defective, an oil change was due in a month so did that. My car was ready by 1515 hours (3:15PM), cleaned and worked fine. This despite a full workload by service on that day. Expensive, but I had no issues with the work/parts, and they were kind enough to honor my NAVY retired/veteran status with a 10% discount. In the Navy we say, "Bravo Zulu" or a signal Flag signifying "WELL DONE!" More

Turned out all systems go with only a few minor suggestions and upkeep after thorough testing and overview. Traci followed up by phone, we discussed and we decided. My beauty was washed and ready a few hours later. Talking about the car... Though I could attempt to service myself or find cheaper price at other shops, there is simply no substitute for the feeling of driving away from the pros confident and guaranteed. I did receive an email service coupon teaser; apparently sent by mistake. I have no doubt Peterson BMW will honor the offer with minimal resistance:) All in all, great people, quaulity service and awesome cars!!! More
