Minor Service I visited Peterson BMW for a brake fluid change on my 2010 BMW X5. From my initial call to setup an appointment to having me pickup my car, the proce I visited Peterson BMW for a brake fluid change on my 2010 BMW X5. From my initial call to setup an appointment to having me pickup my car, the process was flawless. Matt (my service tech) was very helpful. He advised me on what service was going to be performed and also advised me on other items that arose that needed my attention, such as a cabin filter replacement. Matt also helped me find prices and information regarding having a tow hitch installed on my car. My young daughter spent the day with me at the dealership as we waited for our car. The customer lounge was clean and had plenty of snacks (healthy snacks too, like bananas and apples) along with cookies, chips, etc. Before we knew it our car was ready. I was very happy with all facets of service at Peterson BMW. A very friendly, courteous and professional business! More

Peterson's shop was very good at keeping me updated on the problems they ran into along the way, like finding other things wrong with her once they got started on the initial repair. On top of having a great repair shop, I have been equally impressed with the gentlemen in the parts department, who always help me with questions and concerns when I came in; their great service was the reason I decided to give the service department a try, and I am very glad I did! More
