She made my experience there pleasant, She was attentive, responsive to my concerns, and is a reason I will return to make a purchase of a new BMW at Peterson in the next 6 months. Great Service, fixed all my issues! Took my car in for a small oil leak and slight vibration. Curtis is super easy to work with, very friendly and answers all my questions. They are very flexible with scheduling and help you into a loaner or the shuttle is also convenient. Turn signal out I brought my wifes car in due to a turn signal being out. I met with Curtis who is always friendly and helpful. Recent Service on my 2010 BMW X3 Brought my car in for routine service + new battery. I was able to get an appointment quickly, dropped it off the night before (very convenient) and Brought my car in for routine service + new battery. I was able to get an appointment quickly, dropped it off the night before (very convenient) and the car was ready by noon the next day. I have never had to take my car back for issues following service, and they always wash my car. I trust Peterson and feel like they are taking good care of me. Traci, my Service Advisor, was professional, yet friendly. At one point, I was looking around the showroom and Marlon showed me some of the new cars and described the new BMW body styles. He was very knowledgeable and fun, and spent time with me even though I'll be keeping my BMW for a few more years. More
