Quick turnaround for an unscheduled service visit Peterson service was able to get my BMW in on the same day I called about the issue. Car was ready to pick up by the end of the same day. 2 unrelated Peterson service was able to get my BMW in on the same day I called about the issue. Car was ready to pick up by the end of the same day. 2 unrelated issues were addressed and resolved in addition to completing a safety recall. My only critical feedback is that Matt was not able to explain how the work completed for one of the issues resolved my problem, we both agreed that it didn't seem to make sense.
