long wait An hour and a half into the scheduled maintenance visit, I was told I needed 2 new tires, didn't get a satisfactory explanation why. I ok 'd the tires An hour and a half into the scheduled maintenance visit, I was told I needed 2 new tires, didn't get a satisfactory explanation why. I ok 'd the tires , then waited 3 and a half more hrs for the work to be finishe, which included a subpar wash job. Felt like I was railroaded into buying tires which i had no proof that I really needed. I have only put 4000 miles on this car and the tires were good at purchase time. How could it be so far out of alignment that suddenly I needs new tires? Couldn't get an answer for that question. Not a happy visit. More

FUEL PUMP RECALL FOR 2014 4 SERIES After I dropped off my car the afternoon before my next day appointment, the service department was able to get the car in before close that day. Twenty minutes after the shop closed our service advisor, Matthew, called to let us know our vehicle was done and he would stay later if we wished to pick up the vehicle that evening. We only live 3 miles away. We thanked him for the offer but we were across town and were unable to come get the vehicle ata that time. The service department went above and beyond trying to get my car back same day service, especially since this was a recall service and made the dealership no money. I was impressed. More

Could not determine the issues with engine noise! Dept. and techs. I really was afraid they would have issue's and got worried. I said done went to pickup veh. So I gave up! I and started to drive away and now CHECK ENGINE light is on. Wow! Obviously went the wrong Service dept. on my BMW. $$$ More
