Overall I have a great experience but the finance department dropped the ball which required me to ask the General Manager to get involved. Once he did I was able to complete the deal quickly and pi department dropped the ball which required me to ask the General Manager to get involved. Once he did I was able to complete the deal quickly and pickup my car. So everyone I dealt with there was great with the exception of the finance department so fix that and you have a great dealership. Even so with the poor customer service from finance department I would recommend the dealership and would purchase another BMW from you. More
