Great Customer Service! I had my BMW in at a local dealership that services my other vehicles for an oil leak. My usual dealership could not service the BMW because they did I had my BMW in at a local dealership that services my other vehicles for an oil leak. My usual dealership could not service the BMW because they did not have the tools needed but did find that my oil pan was the cause of the leak. I contacted BMW and Ryan McCalla set up a service time for me with a car to drive. I was coming from out of town and would need something to drive while I was in Boise and back home to Twin Falls while they worked on my car. I also had to recalls that they took care of while they had my car at the dealership. My car was scheduled to be with Peterson for 2 days. On my way to Boise I experienced some issues with my brakes that Les Schwab had replaced in the previous weeks. When I arrived at the dealership Ryan made sure that his techs would also take the time to look at my brakes for me. Ryan had a beautiful 2019 BMW for me to drive while they were working on my car and no extra charge for me to drive it home to Twin Falls and back to Boise. Ryan also called and explained what was wrong with my breaks and helped facilitate the repair with Les Schwab in Boise. Ryan and his team at Peterson BMW went above and beyond with the service on my car and with the brake issue that was not even their problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs service or if you want a new BMW. More
