Ryan was very friendly and helpful. I have a rattle in the rear of the car that was investigated as a warranty item as well as regular scheduled maintenance. Unfortunately, Austin could not find the cause for the rattle. My experience here was much better than the dealership in Tri-Cities, WA. I will be coming back to Peterson BMW for any maintenance on my X-3. More

Expected better service My experience in rating the recent service i received was excellent, they diagnosed the problem first thing in the morning, the part was not in stock My experience in rating the recent service i received was excellent, they diagnosed the problem first thing in the morning, the part was not in stock but was delivered the following day and the car was available for pickup that evening. When comparing the customer care features to other BMW dealers, this one fell way short. We are used to having many safety items checked (like oil, tire pressure, etc), this list was not provided and when requested, was not available. This was important to me because i planned to drive it to Portland, Oregon on possession. To Rian's credit, when asked to check the oil level he personally checked it and topped it off. Also, whenever a BMW dealer has worked on our car, it has always been washed and vaccuumed, Peterson BMW did neither. Peterson did deliver a properly repaired vehicle that performed to perfection on its 400 mile drive, for that i am grateful. More

Recent Service Visit I usually don't look forward to service visits because of the time involved getting to them and back home...2-1/2 hrs each way. However, my visits to Peterson BMW over the past few years have always been pleasant. Staff is friendly and courteous, waiting area is comfortable, questions are answered. Result: I don't mind having my car serviced here at all. My most recent visit (08/24/18) was only 2 hrs long (I was anticipating 4 hrs), and having my car washed was an extra bonus. I am very satisfied with the quality of work done and believe my car is in the best hands for it's upkeep. More
