Why do you send info via an online source? You send appointment reminders via email, within the options you can change the appointment time and date. For a company that has been in business as long as you have and surely making money, this seems like a waste of everyone's time. Also when I called to confirm the appointment, and was told the info about the data not transfering to you guys, I requested a loaner car. Well that did not happed either. More

After running diagnostics, they discovered it needed a software update. Why BMW doesn't push these updates automatically like Windows, Verizon, Apple, and almost every other software/computer based system does in the background at no additional cost and minimal inconvenience for the consumer is beyond me, but Ryan said the dealership would cover the $195 cost associated with the diagnostics and update for me. Besides the giant inconvenience of having to leave my car with them overnight and the required update that required me to physically bring my vehicle, which was no fault of Peterson BMW but BMW failures as a whole, the experience was positive! More

I get really upset when I am not able to plan for the cost of maintenance or know what the cost will range. The follow-up is awesome and on the level. My service attendant Jake is extremely nice and what seems like a complete upset to me he took it, explained it, and though it didn’t change the outcome i was completely on board with the service needed. The loaner car was virtually new and fun to experience. The recalls were completed and the inspection conducted. Our car was ready when promised. No up selling or other non-essential services performed. We will be back when the next service is due. More

I have been a BMW owner for 17 years, leasing new models every 3 years. This is the first dealership I have experience in 3 states that getting a loaner can be an issue. Took my car in for annual service and to fix my sunroof. Issues were fixed, but I left with a new issue. My iPhone will not sync with the car. It did for the last 12 months, but after this last visit it will not work in a 70. Thousand dollar vehicle. As previously stated the service people are very professional and the dealership is small, but very clean. More
