Incomplete job for Oil Flush servicing X6M I sent my X6M for the oil flush on Saturday May 5. It was completed within 1.5 hours including a complimentary car wash. I realized that the Brake O I sent my X6M for the oil flush on Saturday May 5. It was completed within 1.5 hours including a complimentary car wash. I realized that the Brake Oil Service warning was still on after I got home. I have contacted the Service representative to let him know about the situation and he was very apologetic. I think the work shop has to do a better job. Someone miss their checklist or maybe it was not in the checklist. In the after-service report, it was indicated that I needed new tires and a all wheel alignment. I just did one a year ago so I think the back shop that evaluate the report also need to have an idea of the car service history to make a reasonable assessment. I have been a Peterson customer for many years and I was a little disappointed this time round. I hoped that you will look into some of your processes so that you don't turn away future customers. Poor everything Called on Monday twice to order a part for my e36. Talked to Justin, he seemed to understand what he was doing. Got the part ordered (so I thought), p Called on Monday twice to order a part for my e36. Talked to Justin, he seemed to understand what he was doing. Got the part ordered (so I thought), price figured out and date as to when the part should arrive, fine and dandy right. Wrong! Called on Wednesday to check up and confirm. This is when I had to speak to deb who was unpleasant to say the least. She was very short and rude over the phone, oh well I've dealt with bad customer service it's a thing! All seemed as it should. They got in contact with me today (thursday) when I had to talk to deb again. Same story rude and short. Was told my part was in, So I head down to the location on Fairview thinking I'm going to receive the part I ordered. Wrong once again! Who I believe was Kenneth pulls the wrong part off the shelf to sell me. So we go over what happened as he thumbs through his poorly written note pad and says I didn't call him till Tuesday then proceeds to say, he didn't order my part till today (thursday). And It won't be here till monday at the earliest. First experience I've had with this location and hope it's the last. I'll order my parts online and save the extra money and get the parts quicker. More

Always Great! I recently left for a trip to Las Vegas, made it just outside of Mountain Home and my dash lit up! DSC Malfunction, we sat on the side of the road for I recently left for a trip to Las Vegas, made it just outside of Mountain Home and my dash lit up! DSC Malfunction, we sat on the side of the road for a few until the tow truck got there, had them tow us to Peterson BMW, it was 10PM by the time the car was dropped off. Jake called me the next morning and got my car in to have it diagnosed asap to get parts ordered. All in all I didn't make my trip but Jake did all he could to get my car done as soon as possible on such a short notice and gave me a great loaner while my car was being fixed. He is always so great and helpful and always keeps in touch with me on the progress of the work being done on my car! I even had them install some add ons to my car and the price was less than what I was quoted or found online elsewhere! More

Excellent Service Work Jake and the mechanics did an excellent job on my 2007 X5. He got me in on time and provided a rental car at no cost.
