Scheduled Maintenance I am discontent with several aspects to the point I have told people I will never buy another BMW. First off, I am never addressed by my name. Altho I am discontent with several aspects to the point I have told people I will never buy another BMW. First off, I am never addressed by my name. Although mailers come in my name, any phone calls received they ask to speak to my husband. Even after I have said repeatedly, "it is my car, please change the name in your system". That in itself is insulting enough but then, when my car was ready the person comes to the lobby and just yells out my last name, not Mrs or Ms. That did happen to the other gentleman waiting. They came up to him and said, "Mr. blank, your car is ready." Secondly, while I was sitting in the little lobby area, a potential buyer wanted to test drive a car that happened to be parked right next to where I was sitting. All the cars had to be moved. When the car was started right next to me, it idled for several minutes because someone was struggling to get the car in front out. The fumes were very strong. A nice warning telling to move would have been appreciated. Lastly, my seat was permanently reset. Now every time I start my car, I have to readjust my seat. I need to get out the instruction manual to figure how to reset it. One other thing, after I got home from getting my car serviced, there was a voice mail reminding my husband to get the car in for servicing. The time on the voice mail was after I picked up the car. More

Service Center I took my BMW 335i in the delearship because I was electrical issues, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Oil Change and Inspection I had been leaking coolant and thought my expansion tank was cracked, took it in and Jake was awesome with his customer service, we talked of getting I had been leaking coolant and thought my expansion tank was cracked, took it in and Jake was awesome with his customer service, we talked of getting the leak checked out and giving my car a thorough inspection due to taking a road trip to Las Vegas next month. His guys found the expansion tank was cracked and I also had an engine oil gasket seal that was leaking as well. They took great care of my car and got it all fixed up for my trip next month. I appreciate how thorough they were and considerate of my budget. It ended up being a little bit less than what I was quoted and less than my budget. Thanks guys! More
Sold me car with blown motor I ended up parking the car for the winter. When car was taken in for service found out Peterson had sold me a car with a blown motor.. metal fragments I ended up parking the car for the winter. When car was taken in for service found out Peterson had sold me a car with a blown motor.. metal fragments found throughout oil and in oil filter. Tried calling you repeatedly, told "Someone will call you back". Due to non-responsiveness have now escalated to BMW of North America. This has been a really really bad experience. ...especially given this is my 3rd BMW. So much for loyalty. Wish I had never purchased a pre-owned BMW from Peterson BMW of Boise ID. Been trying to pursue issues with the car for months including a safety fault (rear view mirror that falls off), over-charging on tax. Also the service light that was already on at the time of pick-up (perhaps someone knew engine was blown?)... Not to mention a fuel empty light that came on within a block of leaving the lot. They have repeatedly not returned calls and refused to acknowledge accountability. With registration in hand showing a difference in state tax fee vs what was charged I was told that "it is not our problem [and] talk to the DMV" who in turn informed me that the over payment refund had already been sent to Peterson... Neighbor in the industry suggested pursuing a complaint of tax fraud with the state tax office and/or warranty fraud with the State AG... Who has time for this stuff! What a disappointing experience. More

Simple,easy and genuine I had scrapped the bottom of my car which ripped off a piece of fiber. I met with Ryan and told him what happened and wanted him to check if anything I had scrapped the bottom of my car which ripped off a piece of fiber. I met with Ryan and told him what happened and wanted him to check if anything else had happened. He patched the car in a couple of days and gave a genuine review saying, usually this would not require a replacement but as a it was guarding something at the bottom and it was exposed we had to patch it up. More
