Ryan kept me advised of the repair issues as the came up and gave me the estimates to do the recommended repair, he even loaned me another car when the repairs were going to take longer than expected. Fixed BMW I am very happy with Peterson. I took my BMW in to fix some scratches and missing paint on the front bumper. While I was there I asked if they could I am very happy with Peterson. Lack of proactive engagement I have been very pleased so far with my experience with Peterson BMW until my last service experience. In my opinion you buy a car like a BMW for two I have been very pleased so far with my experience with Peterson BMW until my last service experience. In my opinion you buy a car like a BMW for two reasons, the car and the service experience. I brought my 2012 CPO 535 x1 (bought at Peterson) to get brakes replaced and asked to have the car looked over. I received a phone call in the afternoon which was the time that the person promised to call me to tell me that there is a small oil leak along a oil casing, having to do with a seal and the cost would be 800+ dollars. I agreed to the repair. I called the service coordinator back and asked if this would be covered under my warranty and he said I quote:" I checked that and your warranty ran out a 1000 miles ago." Two things to consider a) I just had the car in for an oil change 3000 miles prior b) I bought the car as a CPO car and it comes with 7 years and 100,000 miles warranty. My car is at 61,000 miles. It took for me to let the service coordinator know that I don't believe that is correct and go back to check please. WHY WOULD YOU TELL A CLIENT that you checked when you really did. I felt like I was in a bad car service story. I realize that there is only one BMW dealership in my area and I guess it felt like I was taken advantage of. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase at this dealership. More

Excellent Customer Service in the Service Department I recently purchased a new BMW from the Eugene, OR dealership, (Boise didn't have in stock the model I wanted at the time). A tire valve stem needed r I recently purchased a new BMW from the Eugene, OR dealership, (Boise didn't have in stock the model I wanted at the time). A tire valve stem needed replaced and when I brought the car in for service Jake, Karen & the service team went above and beyond providing fast scheduling and turnaround times. They even removed hard water spots on the car that I was unable to remedy with normal cleaning. Finally, the cord on my X1 cargo area shade snapped off and they replaced the entire unit no questions asked. Courteous, professional and clearly aiming to please and build repeat business. Thank you Peterson BMW for hiring such great people and encouraging such outstanding service. More
