However we drive 3hours to you from Ketchum/Sun Valley and always try to tie-in Cost Co. shopping while we wait for the service to be completed on my X 5 i .2015. I tried to pay my service rep for the gas, too and from Cost Co. I was refused because you don't have a retail permit. Understood, then charge me a standard $10. rental fee or some creative work around. To hammer on your customers to replace a couple of gallons of gas does defeat your service intentions. In short your cost saving idea as implemented backfires on your larger goals of customer satisfaction. Surely you can come up with a more customer friendly solution while still saving the money seek. More

For some reason, I was not able to provide initial feedback when we first purchased our X-3 and was disappointed as we had such a great experience with our Salesman, Marlon Velazquez, so would like to add a bit about that now, if that is okay. Marlon was so nice to work with and went above and beyond to insure all our questions were answered, took time to introduce us to the rest of the team at BMW, who we have been very impressed with and just made it a great experience overall.
