Used my car for personal errand When my wife picked up her car from a recent service, the interior smelled like fast food. When the issue was brought up to the dealership, the respo When my wife picked up her car from a recent service, the interior smelled like fast food. When the issue was brought up to the dealership, the response was "Sorry, bring it back and we will do a deodorizing and cleaning. " To me they are missing the issue. It is not just the smell in the car, but the fact that they are using my car to run personal errands like getting food. Unacceptable and I won't be using their services in the future. More

The work was done in a very timely fashion and while I waited, Curtis and the service department crew couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The service people here are the best and "Raf", the Service Manager runs an incredibly tight and well oiled crew. Kudo's to him for his management skills! And Curtis... what can I say?
