They heard the noise and put the car on a rack and found a rock between the shield and the brake drum, removed it at no charge, Then they washed and vacuumed the car. Looked great. Have service/maintenance plan for vehicle therefore utilize this service department. The staff are always courteous and nice but in my experience the time the scheduled work actually takes, far exceeds what was allowed. During recent visit wasn't able to complete assessment/work in 1.5 hours, was told 1 hour, but I planned for 1.5 hours in my schedule. Had to leave before completed. My recommendations as a customer: best to drop off vehicle and not wait in dealership for work to be performed. Recommendations for dealership: be more truthful with time assessments and take accurate information regarding nature of problems when scheduling visit for service. More
