No customer service I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS last Wednesday, it has been a week, I have been promised call backs, not one, My Cad has a control heating and cooling mo I bought a 2008 Cadillac CTS last Wednesday, it has been a week, I have been promised call backs, not one, My Cad has a control heating and cooling module that did not work on trip home, asked for what to do, Marlon and John blew me off, I tried to get a hold of GM Nils Peterson, the calls were intercepted by Marlon for 4 days, then this morning,Wednesday, John the finance guy, intercepted the call to Nils Peterson, this is just rude crude socially unexceptionable, I have been lied to, and no help of what to do. Worst customer service I've had in about a year. I will bad mouth your dealership, and none of my contacts will be sent to your dealership. You should be ashamed !!! No human compassion, your on your own after buying at this dealership!~!! More

Totally Awesome I just wanted to share my experiences at Petersons. When I was 19 Years old. I was getting out of college with no job and no credit. Service engine soon indicater The indicator light came on but I had just had service 2000 miles ago. Curtis told me it could be a number of things causing the light to go on, so we The indicator light came on but I had just had service 2000 miles ago. I was in my loaner car and on my way with minutes.After the diagnostics, the result was the thermostat was stuck open and needed to be replaced. (good thing it was open not stuck closed!!) Thermostat replaced, car washed and I was on my way! More
