Polite, friendly and respectful service I went into Petersons BMW looking for a 400 series convertible and was assisted in locating a used one on the lot with no prompting. I was not aware they had a 400 series other than a new one available, but one that had been recently added was shown to me. Questions were answered and respectful negotiation resulted in a fair price for the 435 and my Highlander trade. I kept them at the showroom late on a Friday evening until the final deal was struck because I got started so late. Everyone from sales to financing was polite, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Peterson BMW! Great staff, service and great cars! My 435 car was serviced, detailed and ready for my home drive that evening, thanks to Client Advisor Selver Cecunjanin.
