Body work & Service Call My wife's X3 was recently hit in a parking lot, doing damage to the 2 side doors. We had the work to fix this damage done at the BMW body shop. Friendly, knowledgeable and timely. Couldn't even tell it had happened. Couldn't have asked for more. In addition, my wife's car also needed some warranty service work that involved 2 visits (had to order some parts...). The Service Dept. personnel, especially Curtis Pratt was smooth, easy and respectful. What a pro that guy is! It also goes to show the judgment of the department manager, Rafael, for having someone like Curtis on staff. Superbly professional and exceptionally knowledgeable about my wife's car (these dumb cars are very complicated these days). Very timely service and all done with courtesy and respect. More
