Everyone I have had contact with there has been extremely nice and professional. The techs have taken time to ride with me to find the source of a problem as well as showing me that some of the things I initially thought could be a problem were actually normal for the 5 series. I have been in twice and both times I received excellent customer service from all involved. Everyone on Peterson BMW's service team is great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a BMW that needs service. More
