Accurate, fast and friendly service call We were having trouble with a door lock on our X3, along with some sort of issue with the display. The service writer, manager (Raf) and his tech's couldn't have been any better. They took care of the problems with amazing speed and were extremely friendly and accommodating to my wife throughout. They returned the car in a very timely manner and even washed it for us! These folks know their stuff and, without a doubt, are the most helpful group of automotive service people I've ever dealt with. Recommend them? Absolutely, without any hesitation! Great vehicles like BMW's need great service people and these are the only ones that I would entrust my cars with. Wonderful job, guys!! More
