Emergency Service - fantastic! We hit an object in the road late at night, and the 550's dashboard/display screen lit up like a Christmas tree with red and orange warning lights. We We hit an object in the road late at night, and the 550's dashboard/display screen lit up like a Christmas tree with red and orange warning lights. We were 100 miles South of Boise, and although there was no apparent damage the warning lights remained on. We stopped in Nampa for the the night and I took the 550 to Peterson BMW early the next morning to have it checked out. I was uncertain if we'd be waiting for a day or two before the service department could look at it, but my Service Consultant, Curtis Pratt, got the car in immediately, understanding we were from out of state and "stuck" in Boise until we had the car checked out. Fortunately, the car was fine and we were on our way promptly - and Curtis even had the car washed for us. Surprisingly, there was no charge to us!! I highly recommend Peterson BMW Service, and will try to schedule our routine maintenance on our 550xi in Boise during our travels. More

They are extremely trustworthy when it comes to Curtis and the entire staff at Peterson BMW are extremely professional and customer service oriented. They are extremely trustworthy when it comes to any issues concerning your vehicle and it's repairs. If an unexpected issue arises concerning your vehicle- they contact you first and discuss your options before just racking up a huge bill. I'm definitely a customer for life and I never have to worry about them taking advantage of me. More

A great experience I brought my vehicle in for the initial service. I was greeted by Curtis Pratt, and welcomed to early morning coffee. While I was waiting, Alex Hern I brought my vehicle in for the initial service. I was greeted by Curtis Pratt, and welcomed to early morning coffee. While I was waiting, Alex Hernandez the automobile electronic tech took me to a new similar vehicle and walked me through the computer capacities and when we finished after about 20 minutes my vehicle was finished and all service items were up to date. Great service and a truly professional organization. More
