I reserved a spot using the online procedures provided, but the online appointments don't make it into the physical appointment list. But the personnel got me in anyway with no delays. I'd suggest getting rid of the online appointment option unless it can be made to work properly. More

They also asked me if I had any other concerns and addressed them right there (and provided a tutorial on some of the things I couldn't figure out about the car). The service was fast, and Chris, my sales guy, hung out and chatted with me. It feels like visiting a friend's house instead of missing work to sit in an unsanitary waiting room, listening to trash tv and worrying about contracting a disease from the couch I'm sitting on. Curtis followed up with a quick non-templated email to make sure all of my needs were met. I wish I knew about these guys before going to Nissan in the past! More
