Great Auto Purchase Experience. I typically don't write reviews but my negative experience with some of the dealerships in the treasure valley, specifically Dennis Dillon compels me. I typically don't write reviews but my negative experience with some of the dealerships in the treasure valley, specifically Dennis Dillon compels me. I was looking for a crossover/suv with traits and a price I wanted via the internet. I found a GMC Acadia at Dennis Dillon and went to check it out. The sales staff literally lied to my face multiple times and the car I went to see went from $28,500 to close to $33,000. I left that dealership and a couple others with a frustrated sense that the simple business transaction of purchasing a car was only going to happen after I was made to jump through the lies and deceit of sales staff that varnished over their lies with fake smiles and handshakes that made one want to quickly wash their hands. Fortuitously, I found a Nissan Murano at Petersons Lexus and Jake, the salesman helped me with the purchase. Jake was upfront, honest, clear spoken, he showed a great desire to sell the vehicle but not in a pushy or negative way. In all, the purchase of the car felt easier and less pressured than going shopping at Walmart. I would highly recommend Peterson Lexus for a car purchase and if possible asking for Jake for assistance. More
