The service I received was very professional. Traci was friendly and explained all of the services that were to be peformed and when the service was completed she gave me a run down on the condition of the friendly and explained all of the services that were to be peformed and when the service was completed she gave me a run down on the condition of the tires, brakes, etc. My vehicle was ready about 20 minutes EARLIER than expected. The vehicle was also washed and vacuumed. The waiting room is clean and comfortable with free coffee, tea or cocoa. More

Traci's response was let's get it right in and get it fixed, and she did! She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She got my car going again, and even for less money than the original estimate. I hate for my car to be in the shop, but Traci made me truly appreciate the service that Peterson Lexus offers! Over the years, I've visited this service department for all major repairs on my RX and Traci and her Lexus service team goes out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Our Lexus RX350 needed it's 30,000 mile service. We had a recall on our 2004 RX330. Traci handled setting it up for us, as well as getting us a loaner to use while in their shop. She kept me apprised at the status of the recall work, and they also found a it up for us, as well as getting us a loaner to use while in their shop. I was pleased with how the gentleman explained the work and the results. We do need to take it back because one of the idiot lights is flashing, and my need to be repaired. It came on when I was driving it home from the shop. Still, I am pleased withe their work and also with how nice the RX330 looked when I picked it up...all clean and sparkly on the inside and out. I've been more than happy with the Peterson Lexus service department. I've always worked with Traci and now I ask for her every time I call. I have also worked with Nick, who demonstrated the same level of professionalism, courtesy, care and concern for myself and my vehicle. The service performed during this visit was to reseal the leaking front timing cover. Traci made phone calls on my behalf (to warranty services office), coordinated with the inspector, and got my vehicle fixed by her professional repair staff in a very timely manner. The kind of "institutional" knowledge, attention to detail, and competent, confident actions taken by Mrs. Recla should be acknowledged and rewarded! Thank you Traci!
