DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use this dealership for purchasing a vehicle!!!! Today I along with a partner were totally LIED to by a Mr Darrell Butler. We went there to specifically view certain vehicl purchasing a vehicle!!!! Today I along with a partner were totally LIED to by a Mr Darrell Butler. We went there to specifically view certain vehicles for comfort and inquire on a "SOFT PULL" basis for an estimate of financing. Darrell proceeded to take our information stating he had done this for almost 30 years and to legally do a "SIFT PULL" on us he needed our permission, so we signed. Upon leaving with nothing more than he could get us in our budget he said he would keep our information on file so "ANITHER" credit report wouldn't need to be done. I was running late for an appount.ent and it did not register what he said till I was up the road. DARRELL did a "HARD PULL" TWICE...not once but TWICE on both my credit report and my partners. I called and spoke with Mr Taylor who stated he was the manager who said retraining was needed for Mr Butler. If he truly did this almost 30 year, there's no retraining. THEN Mr Taylor stated they could not reverse our "HARD PULLS" in our credit reports...which AGAIN is ANOTHER LIE. With my family having worked in credit/collections...IT CERTAINLY CAN BE DONE!!! More

Never serving my vehicle again. Front pads scrubbing but had never been turned. They put new rotors without telling me charging $260 more than they should have. Unable to reach service department Today I called Peterson Toyota 4 times and was put on hold each time waiting for someone in the service department to answer.
