For this visit only - 06/8/2026 Took my vehicle in around 10 Called at 330ish to follow up Said wasn’t serviced yet They Called me back hour later claimed was ok or didn’t see any issues I asked around 10 Called at 330ish to follow up Said wasn’t serviced yet They Called me back hour later claimed was ok or didn’t see any issues I asked if they checked battery Said yes . Conversation continued because I knew something was wrong, asked a second time on the phone verifying battery was good. Claimed tested and yes. Went to pick up truck. Asked for paperwork Paperwork not ready. Claimed would send link later. Never sent paperwork or link. Truck cranked at dealership left to point B. Stopped. Truck wouldn’t crank. Same issue! Same malfunction etc. Had battery and alternator tested by second party Battery bad, alternator good. Bought New battery from second party. Next day 6/9 followed up phone call. Explaining all of this. Very nice! Acted very concerned. Said I would get a followed up call. Not done yet as of 6/11. They said on phone the tech didn’t test battery! Nissan let me down a little on this visit. More
