I drove 300 miles to find the best deal! I live in Kansas City. I had been searching for an affordable BMW X3 for nearly three weeks. I’d tried just about every X3 in my price range in Kans I live in Kansas City. I had been searching for an affordable BMW X3 for nearly three weeks. I’d tried just about every X3 in my price range in Kansas City. I almost settled on a car in KC that I didn’t love, when I just happened to come across a 2009 BMW X3 with only 56K miles at Auto Plaza, listed for only 11K. I sent a message in the middle of the night, and Brad at Auto Plaza emailed me first thing in the morning. Brad and I chatted on the phone and I let him know that my dad (who lives in St. Louis) would stop in to take a look at the car with his mechanic buddy. It was -3 degrees that day, and my dad is 68. Brad kindly arranged for the car to be pulled into the showroom bay so that my dad could inspect it without being out in the cold. My dad loved the car, so much....he said he kind of wanted it for himself. My dad paid a small deposit, then I hopped on a train from Kansas City. I bought the car the next afternoon. Brad texted me while I was in the train to collect my drivers license and insurance information so that he could prepare my paperwork and temp tags before I arrived. When I reached the dealership, Brad and the other staff were kind and helpful. The process was quick and easy. They even checked my tire pressure for me before I left for my 300 mile drive home. Did I mention the car? This X3 is gorgeous. It looks brand new and drives like a dream. I have never been this excited about a car in my life. The crew at Auto Plaza detailed the car beautifully before I arrived. The weather was wet and snowy that day, and I told Brad I was worried about tracking snow and salt into the beautiful interior and spotless mats. He put plastic in the floors for me so that I could keep the car clean on the way home. Somehow, while I was signing my documents, he dug up a set of all weather rubber mats and installed them free of charge. I was so happy and surprised. My experience with Auto Plaza was a 10 out of 10! Not a single car in Kansas City compared to the gem I found at Auto Plaza! I am so happy and thankful!!! More

I would call several times a day with different questions and if for some reason he missed the call he got back to me within 5 minutes. I also went to look at the same car about 3 times before buying and even though it was only 2 degrees outside we looked at and test drove until I was ready to sign the papers.
