Crown Motors Sales and Service My wife and I recently purchase a 2013 Dodge Avenger from Crown. Mark Easter was our salesman. He made our buying experience fun, and was willing to s My wife and I recently purchase a 2013 Dodge Avenger from Crown. Mark Easter was our salesman. He made our buying experience fun, and was willing to spend time answering questions. Mark's product knowledge made me feel that I was making an informed purchase. Approximately 3 weeks ago, our Avenger was severely damaged by hail. I contacted Mark Easter, who had my wife bring the car straight to Crown's body shop. He made sure the car was secure inside the shop, and gave my wife a ride home. Our insurance adjuster visited with Crown's body shop and ok'd the repairs, which were extensive. My wife picked up the Avenger yesterday, and we are amazed at the quality of work that was performed. Inside and out, the car looks showroom new. We have been very pleased with Crown Motors from our first experience with Mark Easter, the service department, and the body shop. We will definitely be repeat customers, and continue to let Crown service our vehicle. I hadn't owned a Dodge/Chrysler vehicle for several years, but I'm sold on the product and the dealership. More
