Took my car in to repair the AC. It was to be kept for several days so I had to wait for my husband to come pick me up which was going to take a hour. He introduced himself and then introduced us to Mr. Thomas Cayton. Those two are quite a pair as salesmen. The service was great and Mr. Cayton was very professional and helpful. I would recommend this Chevrolet dealership for purchase of a new car or for service. There is no other car than a Chevrolet. Make sure you are looking to buy a car before you meet up with the sales team of Cayton and Phelps. They are excellent. More

The Definition of customer Service We were directed to this dealership by a friend who had good experience with them. My daughter had just totaled her car and we were coming in from out We were directed to this dealership by a friend who had good experience with them. My daughter had just totaled her car and we were coming in from out of town to replace. They made the buying process very easy and low pressure. That was just the start. They made my daughter, who was very shooken up from her accident feel very comfortable. They also let her know that they were there to help her with any car issues she had. Living 2 hrs away, this made a Dad feel good. They have been very helpful after the sale with tags etc. They will also make sure she keeps car serviced and in warranty. Very pleased and thankful.
