Had an appointment at 9:30 to replace tires. Said I’d be waiting in the lobby getting some work done. Can’t keep staff at the service desks either, no one ever answers the phone you have to go in to get scheduled. And always seem to find some major fix that’s needed on one inspection then it passes with flying colors on the same item the following inspection without having fixed the supposed “problem”. Inventing issues perhaps to drum up business? Makes you wonder… Worst customer service ever. More

Spent hours there for an oil change and diagnostic work on the intermittent failing of my hatch opening. In that time they did not complete an air filter and cabin filter replacement which they determined on the intermittent failing of my hatch opening. Just another frustrating visit to the service department. This will be the last Subaru I buy because of the service department. More

Phil Long Subaru does a great job. They try and have me in and out as quickly as possible. The mechanics are great and they take very good care of my Servicing the Subaru Forrester. They try and have me in and out as quickly as possible. The mechanics are great and they take very good care of my Servicing the Subaru Forrester. They rotated the tires, checked out all the mechanics on the car and I feel very good at having bought my Subaru from them. This car is fantastic on gas mileage. Never had a vehicle that had this good of gas mileage. I love this Subaru I had one many years ago. Wasn't this good on Gas Mileage. I love the lady that sold me this Subaru. More
