Recall on engine Went in in Aug 2017 to get the recall checked. They told me everything was fine. My husband was PSCing so we took the car in for an oil change and to Went in in Aug 2017 to get the recall checked. They told me everything was fine. My husband was PSCing so we took the car in for an oil change and to see why it was consuming so much oil in May 2018. We were supposed to leave in three days and they told me they had to replace the engine because of the recall. Fine, they gave me a rental and off to the next duty station we went. A week later they called me and told me that my car was done so to return the rental. I called the corporate people to see about getting it shipped to us now that we were on the east coast. That was fine except they told me my car wasn’t complete and that there were other issues and my car would be able to get to me for weeks. I went three weeks without a car. The dealership service people never called me to tell me about the issues occurring with my car after they replaced the engine, I had to ask why it was taking so long for my car to be shipped and the Kia corporate told me. It was a struggle to ensure my husband was able to get to work and I was unable to go anywhere looking for work. It took almost a month before I had any type of transportation. That is my car, I should have been updated when other issues were occurring and I should have been able to keep the rental the entire time my car was out of my possession. It was an extremely frustrating process. More

Fantastic service! I took our Kia in for a factory recall and was told the service would take a little over two hours. Expecting that I brouht along some reading materi I took our Kia in for a factory recall and was told the service would take a little over two hours. Expecting that I brouht along some reading material. The sitting area is super clean with coffee and snacks at the ready. The service reps are friendly and make you feel welcomed. The service took just over an hour instead of two. Before signing the paperwork I was explained what was done to the vehicle in terms I could understand. Great service! More
