A week ago we took our Chevrolet HHR in to get multiple services done and we Specifically told Dario to make sure he check the brakes also because the brakes are grinding but Dario Never looked at the brak services done and we Specifically told Dario to make sure he check the brakes also because the brakes are grinding but Dario Never looked at the brakes and he informed us that the brakes looked ok. We even gave him a coupon for a brake check but he still failed to check the brakes. Dario is always rushing us like he’s hurrying up to push us out of the way. We spend around 2 thousand on the service and Dario still failed to fix our brakes. I recommend if anyone get their car fixed at Kia Motor City, please do Not deal with Dario. Thanks More

Recall was completed, tried to say I needed unnecessary work They pointed to some oil drips (from a recent oil change) and tried to con me into a $900 + head gasket repair.
