Something wrong? This Kia service dealership gets it RIGHT! Well unfortunately I had a major unknown problem with my 2011 Sorento, After two wrong diagnosis, I brought it to this Kia dealership to get it dealt Well unfortunately I had a major unknown problem with my 2011 Sorento, After two wrong diagnosis, I brought it to this Kia dealership to get it dealt with correctly. Three weeks later, more problems wrong than we thought, wrong components purchased to fix it that didn't solve the problem and so on...I was left feeling very frustrated and even more confused than before. Then stepped in GREG. Greg is the Service manager and my HERO. Greg took time to listen to me completely without judgement, then spoke to his team and quickly got to the root of the problem and then didn't stop there. He pressed on until he got the problem fixed!! The dealership is not always perfect but when they aren't they admit it. They stand behind their name and did the right thing. Bottom line is that it was a long process to get it done, but I feel very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Greg. More
