Lincoln MKX For the most part the buying experience was great until the surprise at finance. We worked with sales and came to a payment that we were happy with, o For the most part the buying experience was great until the surprise at finance. We worked with sales and came to a payment that we were happy with, only to find at finance that because we should get an extended warranty on high $$ parts the payment would go up. We almost cancelled. The finance rep says sales does not know the details to do this. I believe they should, or at least be able to give the customer a heads up of what to expect. More
