Rockie is amazing ! ! My 2023 kia sportage purchase was smooth as always, with Rockie! My family has bought at least 5 cars from this dealership because of Rockie's outst ! And today was my first day for service, and Nestor was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and informative and just made me feel right at home! I did them a favor wasn’t even looking in buying a car, and still screwed me over, ROCKY sales person, sent my SURVEY to a BOGUS EMAIL, promised me a full tank of gas, but said you didn’t get the survey s and still screwed me over, ROCKY sales person, sent my SURVEY to a BOGUS EMAIL, promised me a full tank of gas, but said you didn’t get the survey so no gas now, I said crock NO, , your the one who lost my SURVEY, not one time did I (NOT) receive a survey after any transaction with KiA, I been going there 9 years of service and NOW GET LIED TO by BEJOHN is the worse manager I ever dealt with there!!! ROCKY And DAWN all SABATAGED ME, DAWN never RETURNS PHONE CALLS in FINANCE, All 3 of them WORKED against me and ALL LIE like theifs In The NIGHT, I’m a Single women and they don’t think I know what there doing!!! Haha they don’t know how intelligent I am!!! Will never do business with these losers ever again!!! Dawn promised to not send my paper in until she Heard from me, I call and leave messages she never gets back to you!! Your just A MISERABLE PERSON and it will continue with your backstabbing tactics. What comes around goes round period!!! The Universe never loses an address! Nothing but a bunch of liars , looked dead to my face and lied!!! said they have my back, more like let’s take the SWORDS out of your back. You list my SURVEY ? well I’m sending this out every other way I can!!! Do not deal with these backstabbing liar humans!! I will write a letter to BBB too! More
