I purchased a pre-owned BMW from Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point. While the staff was helpful and the transaction smooth, I later discovered the dealership had installed aftermarket brake pads with Lighthouse Point. While the staff was helpful and the transaction smooth, I later discovered the dealership had installed aftermarket brake pads without wear sensors. This kind of shortcut undermines the integrity of a premium vehicle and reflects poorly on their standards. Though I’ve since corrected the issue, the real disappointment was realizing that such a basic safety feature had been omitted without disclosure. If you're considering a purchase from this dealer, inspect carefully and ask direct questions about parts quality. More
