I advised Rockie right away thinking he might help and he passed me to set up a service appointment, They said it's $150 to diagnose and then called me later that day and said they don't fix anything but Kia's and it would cost around $2000 to replace the evaporator. So nobody reached out to suggest anything. What kills me is all these fees you charge for a $12K car and on top of it you sold me a problem and I'm sure you knew it for the Freon to go from ice cold to hot in such a short time. Nobody offered or suggested a warranty and if something broke in a couple months I would understand it's buyer beware but something so major in such a short time feels like you sold a problem and knew it. If I went to some small independent used car lot but I didn't, I felt comfortable working with an established dealership.
