far above any other auto dealer in broward county florida after searching the internet for info on 6 different brands, Ernest Biel was the only Kia rep to respond, so I saved him for last to test drive. he wa after searching the internet for info on 6 different brands, Ernest Biel was the only Kia rep to respond, so I saved him for last to test drive. he was with 3 other clients so he had Stephen Govan test drive with me when I came in on 9/25/16. Stephen was extraordinarily courteous and answered my questions like an old friend. he did not try to "handle" me. I had 31 days left before my Toyota Camry had to be returned so I left. I did some extensive research on Kia and came back the next day with my wife. both Ernest and Stephen were very busy so they had Walter Brown and Rick (who I think was a regional sales rep for Kia) take care of me. after a test drive and conversations with Walter and Rick, we leased a 2016 optima ex with a premium package. I have never purchased or leased a vehicle before without shopping at least 2-3 other dealers first. that can only be attributed yo the courteous professionalism that was extended me and my wife by the people at the dealership. and that includes everyone we came in contact with. More

Sales and Finance make a great team! I went in to this dealer very skeptical at first. I had already had bad experiences at previous dealers. He made sure to be very elaborate, he went over everything and made certain that we knew what he was saying and would even rephrase if we did not. He would not move on until he was sure we were happy and understood. John in finance also made certain that we would leave there happy. He would also ask questions and wanted to know if we were genuinely satisfied and if not he made sure to meet our needs. Even after taking my beautiful suv home, Ernest is still on top of things and told me to give him a couple of days to get my spare key from the previous owner. He does not stop even after you sign the papers and drive off the lot. He continues to show professionalism and takes such care with his work. He definitely goes above and beyond. More
