I was recently referred to Phil Smith Kia and have only positive things to say about my sales rep, Brian, and the team with whom I interacted during my visits. Even when we encountered our single point of contention upon finalizing lease terms, the extensive discussion only reaffirmed Brian's integrity - as well as the integrity of the dealership when the GM agreed to a deal that would keep the issue from affecting my payments. Brian, as a young sales rep, is clearly experienced, knowledgeable, hard-working, and an effective communicator; beyond that, I found him to be open, forthright, cordial, respectful, helpful, and ultimately even an educator. He displayed great patience in listening to me and responding to my questions - even staying rather late to see the deal to completion after I arrived very close to the time he was scheduled to leave.
